About Us
The Converters Home Improvement Group is a fast-growing home improvement company specialising in conservatory conversions, garage conversions, living spaces, windows and doors.
We have launched a new specialist brand to our group called The Blinds & Shutter Company Scotland, focused on supplying and installing high-quality blinds and shutters across Scotland.
Due to launch demand, we are looking for an experienced Blind Installers to join our team.
The Role
You will be responsible for installing a range of blinds in customers’ homes to a high professional standard.
Typical products include:
- Roller blinds
- Vertical blinds
- Venetian blinds
- Perfect Fit blinds
- Conservatory blinds
- Plantation shutters
You will represent the company in customers’ homes, so professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Install blinds in residential and commercial properties
- Ensure installations are completed to a high standard
- Work efficiently to complete multiple installs per day
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Report job completion back to the office team
Requirements
- Previous experience installing blinds or shutters
- Good practical / handyman skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Full UK driving licence
