Our select care workers are passionate about delivering the best possible care service to elderly and vulnerable people living in their own homes.
A car or vehicle is a must, applicants must be prepared to work in all our operating areas Benfleet, Rayleigh, Eastwood and Leigh on Sea.
Contracted hours can be guaranteed following a successful induction.

We are interested in anyone who can offer availability during any of our shift times below:
- Morning/Lunch shift - 07:00 to 14:00
- Tea/Evening shift - 15:00 to 18:30
- Short evening shift - 18:30 to 21:45
· We require ALL our care workers to work at least ONE of the above shifts every alternate Saturday OR Sunday.
· ALL care workers are required to work some evenings.

Great Rates of Pay
*£14.13 to £15.44/hour & up to £18.90 weekends (depending on time of day and experience)

Principal responsibilities include:
- Undertake various care duties in your client's homes including but not limited to, assistance with personal hygiene, prompting, assisting, and administering medication, dressing and grooming, housework, laundry, shopping, accompanying and taking people out to various places in the community, helping with correspondence, befriending and companionship.
- Record brief but accurate notes in the client's care plan at the end of each visit.
- Communicate to the office important changes to client's health and wellbeing.
- Liaise with client, client's family and/or advocate regarding client's care and support and report any changes to the manager.
- Be willing to undertake training for career development and to meet statutory and legal requirements.
- Liaise and follow information given by other health and social care professionals e.g., GP, district nurse, other care managers, etc.
- Be willing to undertake a DBS search and provide satisfactory references.
