We provide fully paid training from experienced managers and team leaders, giving you the confidence and skills you need to succeed. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing personal care and support in clients’ homes
- Assisting with daily tasks such as meals, medication, and companionship
- Supporting clients with shopping, appointments, and social outings
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and families
What we’re looking for:
- A caring and positive attitude
- Good communication and people skills
- Reliability and a willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team
