The role of Customer Service Administrator:
- Answering telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner and taking messages
- Maintaining databases on Excel
- Preparing paperwork, filing, faxing and photocopying
- Marking and allocating customer and supplier payments
- Manage vehicle fleet documentation
- Inputting purchase invoices on Sage
- Some bank reconciliation duties
- Liaising with senior staff
The ideal Customer Service Administrator:
- Previous hands-on customer service administration experience
- Strong office administration skills
- Very good communication skills both written and oral
- Well organised with the ability to work alone and as part of a team
- GCSE English and Maths
