The Role As Nursing Home Manager , you will:
- Provide strong, visible leadership to an established team
- Maintain and further enhance the quality of care and compliance standards
- Drive a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement
- Ensure the home is consistently aligned with CQC expectations and striving towards Outstanding
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
About You We are looking for an experienced and quality-focused leader who:
- Holds a valid NMC PIN (essential)
- Has a proven track record with CQC, managing nursing homes
- Experience managing a larger nursing home successfully
- Commercial experience (Would consider a regional/operational candidate stepping down)
- Good people management skills.
