Care Driven Agency is a small domically company offering care in Worksop, Retford, and surrounding areas.
We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our existing team. We provide 1-1 and 2-1 support for individuals in their family homes to allow our service users to remain within their local communities. We apply a person-centered approach, ensuring all needs of our service users are met to provide holistic care.
Staff joining the company would be expected to uphold our strong values and ethos, and we would require your support to provide a range of support including but not exhausted to;
· Assisting with personal care
. Medication administration
· Appointments
· Support with breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner
· Domestic chores
· Accurate record keeping
· Daily activities
· Promoting positive well-being and independence where possible
· Complete health and safety tasks
· Uphold all Safeguarding procedures
· Complete required training within expected timeframes
