Registered Manager – Chessel Avenue, Southampton. Please note: Salary will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated and motivated Registered Manager to lead one of our residential services in the SO19 area of Southampton.
Chessel Avenue is a 5-bedded residential home supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support and creating a positive environment for both the people we support and the staff team.
This is a part-time position offering flexibility, with hours able to be worked across either 3 days or spread throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the home
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Leading, supporting, and developing the staff team
- Promoting high standards of person-centred care
- Building positive relationships with families and external professionals
- Supporting the continued development of the service
About You:
- Previous management experience within health and social care
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and relevant legislation
- Confident leadership and communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and compassionate
- Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for the people we support
