Role: HGV Class 1 Driver
Location: Peterborough
Hours: AM Starts
Various shift Patterns:
4 on 4 off - DAYS
6 on 3 off - (TRAMPING)
6 on 1 off & 6 on 5 off rolling shifts (TRAMPING)
4 on 4 off - 2200hr to 0600hrs (NIGHT SHUNTER)
4 on 4 off - 1400hrs to 2200hrs (PM SHUNTER)
Pay: £14.44 p/h - £18.54 p/h
Jaxdene Solutions are looking to hire a HGV Class 1 Driver to work at one of their fantastic clients in the Peterborough area for ongoing, regular work. This is predominantly a day driving role, however the successful candidate will be required to cover the occasional shunting shift. There is a potential for the candidate to be taken on a permanent basis after a qualifying period.

Duties & skills required as a HGV Class 1 Driver:
- Knowledge and competence driving on country roads
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Complete all delivery information correctly using tablet provided
- Must have good communication skills
- Shunting aspect is physically demanding
