Here at Allied Recruitment, we are looking for a Security Officer to join our team and help ensure the safety of our premises and deal with revenue related issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling the premises, responding to alarms, and providing assistance to visitors and staff members. The Security Officer must be able to maintain a professional attitude at all times and be able to handle difficult situations with poise and composure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Shift Pattern -
- 12:00 - 00:00 4 on, 2 off.
Responsibilities:
- Fare Evasion & Ticketless Travel Issues.
- Occasional Anti-Social Behaviour related issues.
- Customer Assistance.
- Assisting GA Staff & updating BTP should it be needed.
- Managing Suicidal Person Incidents.
- Any other issues that may arise on shift.
The team would log on at Southend Victoria Station , then patrol the Stations / Trains, assisting staff or members of the public with any issues should they arise.
Any incidents should be reported to Control and relevant departments with a written log completed on their work device.
Any accepted staff will receive full Induction Training with an SIA accredited SIA trainer.
