What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support fee earners across a broad range of matters, with responsibilities including:
- Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Managing and progressing client files
- Conducting AML and onboarding checks
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and third parties
- Ordering searches and reviewing documentation
- Preparing completion statements and post-completion documentation
- Maintaining accurate case management records
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case progression and client communication
What They’re Looking For
- Previous Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience within Conveyancing or Private Client
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills both written and verbal
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience using legal case management systems would be advantageous
