We, at Brinklow Quarry, are looking for a professional and reliable truck driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting aggregate to various locations ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Duties:
- Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules while adhering to legal driving hours and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle ensuring it is in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery, mileage, fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance needs.
- Comply with all road safety laws, company policies and health and safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding any issues during transit of delivery status.
Experience:
- Demonstrate knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards within the UK.
- Valid UK driving license suitable for HGV vehicles with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with route planning tools and GPS navigation systems.
- All applicants should possess a strong work ethic, organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively on the road.

- Valid driver's CPC card
- Digital tachograph card
- Tipper experience essential
Full time / Permanent
Working: Monday to Friday (days only)
Saturday: Every other Saturday (mornings only)
Location: Rugby CV23 0NJ. you will need to reliably commute
