Overview
Gallagher is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Web Content Lead to join our dynamic Global Web Operations team. Reporting directly to the Web Content Manager, this role is focused on supporting global web operations by bridging strategy and execution. The Web Content Lead will ensure high-quality page builds, streamline workflows, and foster collaboration across global stakeholders, developers, and regional marketing teams.
This role will serve as a mentor and quality gatekeeper for a distributed team of web editors across the U.S., EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with enterprise content management systems (Sitecore preferred), a strong understanding of web page structure and UX best practices, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
How you'll make an impact

Lead internal peer review processes for all web page builds before publishing, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to high-quality standards.

Provide feedback and coaching to global web editors (India, LATAM, EMEA, APAC) to improve quality and efficiency.

Identify recurring issues and implement solutions or training to address them.

Act as backup support for the Web Content Manager when needed.

Build and publish pages in Sitecore CMS with precision and efficiency, troubleshooting issues related to components, layouts, and rendering.

Escalate bugs and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

Support updates such as focus points, content fixes, and enhancements, as well as assist with webinar uploads (ON24) and multimedia updates.

Partner with stakeholders, account managers, and project managers to clarify requirements and translate business needs into actionable web execution plans.

Participate in kickoff (KO) calls and intake discussions to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Maintain and update job aids, component guides, and internal documentation to support team processes.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across global teams.

Support onboarding and training of new web editors, scaling best practices across regions.

Ensure smooth handoffs across time zones (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) and act as a key point of contact for regional web support, especially in EMEA and LATAM.

Help manage coverage gaps and ensure continuity of work across global teams.
About you

4+ years of experience in web content management or digital production.

Hands-on experience with a CMS (Sitecore strongly preferred).

Strong understanding of web page structure, components, and UX best practices.

Experience working with global or remote teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong attention to detail and a quality control mindset.
