Duties

- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently through excellent time management.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics.
- Organise events, meetings, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarising campaign performance using analysis skills and organisational abilities.
- Support leadership in various administrative tasks related to marketing projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable experience or interest in marketing, with a focus on B2B strategies preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools relevant to marketing tasks.
