Domestic Property Maintenance
Location: East London - Other areas within the M25 when required

Rate: £200 – £220 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to carry out domestic property maintenance and repair works across East London.
Working on a CIS basis, you will be responsible for completing a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks within occupied and void residential properties. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, capable of turning their hand to multiple trades, and committed to delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Duties Include
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Carpentry works including doors, locks, kitchens, skirting, and architraves
- Basic plumbing repairs including taps, toilets, leaks, and pipework
- Patch plastering and making good
- Painting and decorating repairs
- Wall and floor tiling repairs
- Minor roofing and external maintenance works
- Identifying defects and recommending repairs
- Completing works safely and efficiently within agreed timescales
- Maintaining a professional approach when working in occupied properties
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or Multi-Skilled Operative
- Strong domestic maintenance background
- Competent in carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Own van and tools essential
- Valid CSCS Card preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- UTR Number and ability to work under CIS
- Good communication and customer service skills
