Financial Services Administrator
WeRecruit4You Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing financial services client for a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to develop their career within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a professional financial planning team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of administrative and client service functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile and maintain accurate reports and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Support financial planning activities by assisting with the analysis and organisation of financial data.
- Manage client communications via telephone, email and written correspondence, providing a professional and high standard of customer service.
- Coordinate diaries, appointments and meetings using Microsoft Outlook.
- Maintain client records and documentation, ensuring information is accurate, compliant and up to date.
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documentation, reports and client presentations.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous administration experience within financial services, financial planning, mortgages, banking, insurance or a related sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Strong report preparation and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team environment.
- Experience supporting financial advisers or financial planning teams would be advantageous but is not essential.
