We are currently looking to hire a fully cocktail trained bar person for Elnecot to join our friendly, passionate team.
If you have experience of bar and floor then this would be beneficial.
Coffee experience beneficial but not essential
Hourly pay £12.71 per hour. Our current bartenders ae earning between £14 and £16 per hour with service charge and cash tips

Ideal applicants should have at least one year's worth of relevant experience in a comparable establishment and a good understanding of classic cocktails.
The right person will have a real passion for the restaurant industry. A strong work ethic, ability to work well as part of a team, and a desire to learn.
Must be available over the Summer and Christmas periods (i.e. not a student who will be returning home)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Utilize basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure timely service.
- Assist in training new staff and sharing knowledge
