We're looking for a confident, reliable assistant to join our small business for around 2-4 hours a day during the week (with potential for weekend sessions too).
This is a great opportunity for someone young and motivated looking to earn extra money while gaining real sales and customer service experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling new customer inquiries by phone, message, and online
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Keeping accurate records of customer data and interactions
- Working closely alongside the business owner — full training provided
What we're looking for:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confident on the phone
- Comfortable engaging with customers
- Sales experience preferred
- Reliable, organised, and good with time management

- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Hours: 2-4 hours/day, weekdays/weekend (flexible days off, weekend availability a bonus)
- Location: Mixed work from home and office space in Chelmsford
