Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Topman to oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely
- Coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow
- Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations on-site
- Maintain clear communication channels between all parties involved in the project
Experience
- Proven experience in topman role is necessary
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Prior experience supervising or managing construction teams is advantageous
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
