We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first Club Manager to lead one of our Central London clubs and create an environment where members feel part of something special, teams are inspired to do their best work, and we deliver on our promise of Every Customer, Every Time.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on developing people, driving high standards and creating a culture both guests and teams want to be a part of.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Customer Experience
· Deliver exceptional service, every customer, every time.
· Build a welcoming, inclusive and high-energy club environment.
· Create strong relationships that drive loyalty and community.
Lead & Develop Your Team
· Recruit, coach and develop Front of House and Cleaning teams.
· Foster a culture of accountability, growth and engagement.
· Provide regular feedback, support and performance coaching.
Drive Operational Excellence
· Ensure the club operates smoothly and efficiently.
· Maintain outstanding standards across the club environment.
· Manage rotas, processes and day-to-day operations effectively.
What We’re Looking For
· Proven leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, retail or premium service environments.
· Strong people management and coaching skills.
· Commercially aware with a focus on driving results.
· Organised, proactive and comfortable making decisions.
· Positive, resilient and willing to lead from the front.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
