Luxury Highland Dress Retail Sales Executive (Full Time)

The perfect candidate will have previous experience working within Front of House, hospitality or a luxury retail environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Company in our new St Andrews store, at a pivotal stage of our growth.
What we need from you:
We need to see how much you care and desire to make a difference within a covering letter please – we are looking for the perfect personality!
You need to be a motivated team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, you’ll be enthusiastic, have a strong awareness of luxury retail and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
You will have a friendly personality with a real interest in Tartans, Scottish Highland Dress and clothing and the ability and desire to learn about the industry.
Previous experience within the Highland Dress industry is not essential, however some form of customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. IT skills (word, excel and outlook) are advantageous.
This exciting opportunity will involve:
- Providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Processing sales/hires and handling cash/card transactions.
- Visual Merchandising and keeping displays neat and tidy
- Stocktaking
- Maintaining excellent shop-keeping standards with attention to detail.

Kinloch Anderson offers long term career prospects, a competitive salary and 33 days holiday per year (pro rata for part time workers). You will receive full training for your role and the opportunity to travel within the UK.
Opening hours are likely to be Monday – Saturday 0930 – 1730, Sunday 1000 – 1700.
Full time workers will work 5 days over 7.
