Vehicle Estimator
Location: Long Bennington, Lincolnshire
Shift: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00
Salary: Up to £50,000 per year
Contract: Full-Time, Temp to Perm (12 Weeks)
We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Estimators to join our leading automotive client near Newark. With a strong presence across the UK and ongoing expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a leading business in the automotive industry that is investing in its people and setting new standards in the industry.
The Role:
- Accurately assess vehicle damage across a wide range of vehicles.
- Prepare repair estimates using VDA software.
- Calculate labour, parts, and time needed for repairs.
- Communicate with insurance engineers regarding repair work.
- Create job cards and coordinate with workshop teams to ensure smooth repair processes.
- Provide regular updates and excellent service to customers.
- Ensure all assessments and documentation meet industry standards.
The Person:
- Proven experience in estimating and vehicle damage assessment.
- Experience using estimating systems - preferably Audatex.
- Proven experience in a busy body shop environment.
- Confident and proficient in using estimating software such as Audatex.
- Strong planning and time management skills to meet customer deadlines.
- A commitment to high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
