We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, organised person to join our small team in Colchester, to take responsibility for stores and despatch. This role will also include routine administration related to the stores and despatch processes.
Responsibilities
- Receipt of Goods In and proper storage of all parts.
- Packaging and preparation of spare part orders.
- Arranging courier collections
- Entering shipping details on carrier systems.
- Maintaining a tidy, organised workshop and warehouse.
- Resolving issues with carriers and suppliers.
Required Skills
- Accuracy
- Physical fitness
- Able to organise and prioritise workload
- Friendly and willing to integrate in a small team
Experience in warehousing or similar would be an advantage but is not essential. A current, valid forklift license would also be of use but again is not essential as training can be provided for the right person.
