We have an opportunity for two outstanding Receptionists here at The Cheshire County Sports Club.
With its fantastic reputation, The Cheshire has a growing membership base due to its refurbished Fitness Suite and fitness class programme, social function facilities, and a variety of indoor and outdoor sporting facilities such as a 6 court sports hall and outdoor grass/synthetic/3G pitches, and at the centre of the community, it is the home to many local clubs/groups.
The successful candidates will work as part of our enthusiastic team in a busy reception area to deliver the best value leisure experience locally. Complementing the skills and commitment of other staff, you’ll help to deliver excellent customer service.
As a Receptionist at The Cheshire, you will play your part to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities and ensure that an effective and efficient service is given at all times. You will be responsible for cash handling, completing various daily admin and financial reports, and delivering a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for our customers.
The ideal candidates will possess previous reception experience (ideally in a leisure environment), have the ability to understand/operate our leisure booking system to its maximum usage (training will be provided), have excellent communication skills and be I.T literate with the ability to work under pressure but enjoying the uniqueness of the sports club.
