Subscriptions Administrator
Location: Kenilworth

Contract: Full Time or Part Time (4 days per week option available)
About the Role
Due to continued growth as the UK’s leading SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD reseller, Solid Solutions is looking to recruit a Subscriptions Administrator to join our fast-paced Subscriptions Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual seeking a structured administrative role within a successful and expanding business. The primary focus of the role will be managing the order processing and administration of subscription contracts, ensuring accuracy and a high level of service throughout.
This position is based at our Kenilworth (Leamington Spa) headquarters.
Key Responsibilities

Processing subscription orders accurately and efficiently

Managing invoicing and contract administration

Maintaining and updating customer records within internal systems

Supporting the wider subscriptions and sales teams

Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries

Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
We are looking for motivated individuals who can demonstrate:

Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role (ideal but not essential)

Strong organisational and time management skills

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Confidence working with databases and Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A proactive approach with good problem-solving ability

Professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Good academic qualifications and general IT literacy are advantageous.
What We Offer

Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus (OTE up to £30,000 pro rata)
