We are recruiting for a Senior Nursery Manager / Nursery Support Manager to support up to 5 Nursery sites across Leicestershire. The role is working full time Monday to Friday. You will need to be a driver with access to a car. There is a very lovely and supportive senior leadership team in place. The role of Senior Nursery Manager / Nursery Support Manager will include:
- Managing the day to day operations of a nursery during the absence of the permanent Nursery Manager
- Trouble shooting and supporting nurseries that require action
- Supporting the Area Manager and Operations team
- Building excellent parent partnerships
- Delivering excellent Early Years practice
- Marketing and growing the nursery FTE's and then staff recruitment, respectively.
- Step in as Nursery Manager when required during time of absence
As the Senior Nursery Manager / Nursery Support Manager you will have:
- Full and relevant childcare qualification
- Previous experience managing a Nursery to a high standard
- Experience in supporting teams during time of change and possibly uncertainty
- Able to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent parent partnerships
- A minimum of 'Good' Ofsted outcomes
- Strong parent marketing experience and proven success at filling spaces within a nursery setting
