Cleaner/Workshop Assistant
Day-to-day of the role:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Cleaner/Workshop Assistant to join our Manufacturing and Engineering team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and occasionally fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workplace while supporting workshop operations and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness across factory and workshop areas
· Ensure workspace remains organised, safe, and presentable
· Assist with general workshop duties, including deburring
· Provide ad hoc operational support to engineers and team members
· Carry out occasional driving duties when required
Requirements:
· Previous cleaning or workshop experience is desirable
· Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Able to carry out manual tasks
· Punctual and dependable

- Full UK driving licence is required
