Serving as the vital connection between our premium clientele and the workshop technicians, you will:
- Oversee Customer Care: Serve as the primary contact for repair progress, maintenance advice, and service plan enquiries.

Coordinate Workflow: Seamlessly schedule MOTs and service appointments while coordinating the allocation of our courtesy vehicle fleet.

Maintain Accuracy: Ensure all customer files are kept up to date and that technical job cards are thoroughly detailed for the workshop team.

Support Business Growth: Handle service invoicing and payments while collaborating with the sales team to spot natural vehicle upgrade opportunities.
