Our client, a subcontractor who deliver high quality services to clients in the insurance sector are seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team working in domestic properties across various locations across Suffolk.
Working hours are 08.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break.
The role: Electrician
Working in void and occupied domestic properties, carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance while offering a high standard of customer service.
Role requirements
- 18th edition
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- AM2
- 2391 Testing and Inspection preferred but not essential.
- Experience in a domestic maintenance environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Management of day to day jobs allocated by a central team.
To ensure all assigned tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient standard.
Promoting the client’s corporate image and excellent service standard on every resident visit.
Making decisions upon specialist experience and knowledge.
Ensuring compliance at all times with necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities of repair work and contractor compliance.
Managing van stock effectively.
Knowledge and Experience
Experience within a domestic maintenance environment.
Excellent customer service skills as will be working in tenanted properties
Details
Pay: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
Hours 8am - 5pm and hour unpaid lunch.
Temporary to permanent after 13 weeks from agency to the client
Own van and tools required, however at 13 weeks a van and fuel card will be provided.
