A day in the life of your new role:
- You will be contacting customers who cannot obtain life insurance through our core panel by telephone to look to provide alternative solutions (no cold calling)
- Overcoming customer concerns and selling the benefits of our products and services
- Performing fact finds, providing solutions and arranging Life Insurance policies for our existing customers over the phone in line with our sales process
- Learning and retaining detailed product knowledge
Skills and Experience
- You will have a successful career in outbound sales and able to demonstrate that you have hit targets
- You will be a good communicator, passionate about sales and ensure that consistent sales results are achieved on a daily basis
- Experience of working to and achieving targets
- Self-motivated
- Motivated by an environment where there is money and material rewards as a goal
- Enjoys selling and likes influencing others and negotiating
- The ability to work in a team
- Prepared to go the extra mile to hit target
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
