Barton Road Day Nursery opened its doors in July 2025 following a full conversion and is now welcoming up to 44 children each day (08:30–17:00).

Your Role as a Room Leader / Third in Charge
You’ll play a key role in shaping young lives while leading your own space:
- Lead and manage a small nursery room
- Work Monday–Friday, 08:15–17:15
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and parents
- Create a safe, caring, and inspiring environment
- Deliver high-quality care and education
- Plan and implement fun, engaging, and educational activities
Are You the Right Fit?
✔ Level 3 Early Years qualification (Early Years Educator)
✔ GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths (where required)
✔ Hands-on experience working with children
✔ A genuine passion for early years education
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,500.00-£34,000.00 per year
