Job Title: Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator

Salary: Up to £13.21 per hour

The Role
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support learning and development
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development
- Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times
- Contribute to the overall smooth running of the nursery
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Paediatric First Aid (desirable but not essential)
- 2 satisfactory references
- DBS check, enrolled onto the update service
