Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Contract Registered Building Inspector to join our team. This role involves conducting thorough inspections of buildings to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the safety and integrity of construction projects. This is a contract position suitable for professionals with proven experience in building inspection and regulatory compliance.
Contract Registered Building Inspector
£58 - £65per hour depending on registration and experience
Class 2 RBI role for a minimum 3-month contract
Must have experience as a building control surveyor / building inspector and registration with the BSR
Potential for extension or offer of permanent role
2A registration minimum (2AD would be ideal)
- Full integration with permanent staff, friendly team with a supportive manager
- Small patch
- Minimal dangerous structures rota assignment (if any)
- Potential for outside IR 35 compliance
- Access to CPD with the rest of the team
- Plan and site checking and time working from home to catch up with site reports
Ony 3 half days in the office
Complete home working for 2 days per week
