This is a brilliant opportunity for an Associate Dentist looking for a high-earning, clinically varied role in the heart of Middlesbrough five minutes on foot from the train station.
Your clinical workload will be focused on the complex, rewarding end of general dentistry - restorations, extractions, RCT, and dentures with genuine scope to develop private work as the practice grows its conversion.
Earning over £10,000 per month is a realistic target for a motivated associate.
What's on Offer
- £16–£17 per UDA, with 50/50 lab bill split to maximise your take-home
- ~5,000–6,000 UDAs available
- Flexible starting dates
- 2-5 days available
- 700–800 plan patients providing a reliable, recurring revenue stream
- City-centre location — five minutes from the station, excellent transport links, easy parking nearby
- OPG, digital X-rays in each surgery, rotary endo, and an intraoral scanner on site
- Principal support available, plus strong lab relationships to help keep costs low
- Scope to introduce your own private patients and grow your own list
Who We're Looking For
- GDC registration - mandatory
- NHS Performer Number - mandatory
- A dentist who genuinely wants to work hard and develop their career
- A collaborative, approachable clinician who works well within a therapist-led team model
- September start date welcome
About the Practice
- 8-surgery, city-centre practice - Victorian building with high ceilings, large windows, and brand-new chairs throughout
- Therapist-led model with three qualified therapists (a fourth being recruited) — dentists focus on complex clinical care
- 90–95% NHS, with an active drive to grow private conversion - the foundations are already in place
- Dentally software used practice-wide, with a mix of trained and trainee nurses
- 4 dentists currently on the team
- Private-only weekend sessions
- New ownership with an ambitious but grounded principal who is invested in building the right team
