✨The Job role
You will support the same regular clients each week. All care is delivered in line with individual care plans to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred support. This includes assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, companionship and social interaction, dementia care, light housekeeping, and monitoring wellbeing.
