We’re looking for a Children's Home Registered Manager
Children’s Residential Home | East Molesey
We’re getting ready to open a brand new children’s home in East Molesey as part of The Truth Group.
Our focus is simple - creating a safe, supportive place for young people with emotional and behavioural needs, where they can genuinely grow and feel understood.
This isn’t your typical setup.
We’re building a home where relationships come first, structure is balanced with compassion, and the goal is real, lasting progress - not just ticking boxes.
We’re looking for someone experienced who wants to be part of building something from the ground up, not just stepping into something that’s already been done.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping set up and register a new 3-4 bed home
- Bringing together and leading a team that shares strong values
- Creating a calm, structured, and supportive environment for young people
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape how the home grows
About you:
- You’ve been a Registered Manager within a Residential Childrens home before, or you’re a confident Deputy ready to take that step up
- You understand Ofsted and what good and outstanding care looks like
- You’ve got solid experience with safeguarding and SEMH / EBD
- You’re steady, consistent, and comfortable holding clear boundaries when needed

Location: East Molesey, Surrey
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Experience:
- Registered Manager or Deputy Registered Manager: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred)
