The Role
You'll be the friendly, persuasive voice that turns patient consultations into confirmed treatment plans. Think warm consultative selling, not cold calling. You're guiding people who already want a better smile toward the right decision for them.
What you'll be doing:
Building genuine rapport with prospective and existing patients Presenting treatment plans and financing options clearly and confidently Following up on enquiries and consultations to convert interest into bookings Working closely with our clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey Hitting, and exceeding, monthly targets, because that's where the bonus comes from
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience: dental, aesthetic, or premium/consultative sales background preferred A polished, professional manner that fits a high end Chelsea clinic Excellent listening skills and genuine care for patient outcomes Target driven, self motivated, and thick skinned enough to handle the odd "no" Based in or able to easily commute to Chelsea
The Package
Basic salary: £35,000 Average monthly bonus: £4,000 Estimated OTE: £83,000+ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Saturdays: one per month Location: Chelsea, London
