This is an exciting senior opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to join a respected dispute resolution team with strong existing work streams and genuine scope for further development.
The Role:
You will handle a broad range of contentious probate matters including:
- Will disputes
- Inheritance Act claims
- Estate administration disputes
- Trust disputes
- Professional negligence matters related to probate and estates
The role will involve significant client contact, networking and business development activity, with the opportunity to further strengthen and grow the department's offering.
The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor ideally with 10+ years PQE
- Strong contentious probate experience
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and business development capability
- ACTAPS qualification advantageous but not essential
- Ability to supervise, mentor and contribute strategically to the team
