1st Fix Plumber (Wet Room Specialist)
Location: Various sites across the North West
UPS Building is expanding and we’re seeking experienced subcontractors to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled 1st Fix Plumber specialising in wet rooms, who can deliver high-quality work and represent our brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Install first fix pipework for wet room setups
Solder pipework only – no push-fit
Fit wet room trays
Set up and test drainage systems
Conduct leak testing
Prepare wet rooms for follow-on trades
Occasionally complete 2nd fix tasks (e.g., installing white goods, radiators, showers)
Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence
Clear DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in wet room installations
Professional and reliable – you’ll be representing UPS
