Hours - 39 hours per week- 3 days per week - 8:00am - 21:00pm

Role responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the care team in absence of management
- Delivering person‑centred, compassionate care
- Managing medication and maintaining excellent documentation
- Supporting senior management and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Creating a warm, safe, resident‑focused care environment
To be successful you will:
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker in an elderly residential setting
- Medication trained
- Leading a team in absence of management
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Unrestricted rights to work in the UK
