Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to lead our store operations and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement sales strategies to maximise revenue, including B2B sales initiatives where applicable
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance, customer interactions, and inventory levels
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimise store performance
- Manage stock levels, organise merchandising displays, and ensure the store maintains high standards of visual presentation
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to support business growth
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to promote continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights effectively
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
