Universal Search Group are looking for a working Mechanical site supervisor to start on a project in Edinburgh. The project is working on new build apartments/student accommodation.
Applicants:
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Valid CSCS
- Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager / Construction Manager within fit-out & install projects
- Previous experience with fit out & design and build projects
Duties :
- You'll be essential for overseeing all Mechanical works and subcontractors on site.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Support the Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Supervisor and Project Manager in delivering mechanical fit-out & projects
- Supervise subcontractors, coordinate labour, and monitor progress against project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and technical specifications.
- Act as the key site-based lead, problem-solving and driving project efficiency.
