We're looking for a driven, commercially minded professional who takes pride in producing high-quality tenders and wants to be part of an ambitious, expanding team.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting tendering activity across a diverse range of civil engineering and groundworks projects
- Producing accurate, competitive, and well-considered cost estimates
- Working closely with buyers, commercial teams, and operational colleagues to ensure successful bids
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Ensuring all estimates comply with industry standards and health & safety requirements
- Contributing ideas to improve estimating processes and overall commercial performance
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within civils / groundworks
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach
- Relevant qualification (degree preferred but not essential with strong experience)
- Willingness to travel between Redruth and Exeter sites
