Production Worker
Location: Newry
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Full time hours, must be able to work a Sunday
Gentech is partnering with a growing manufacturer in Newry who are expanding their production and dispatch team. We are recruiting Production Workers to work in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to recipes
- Package and label products for distribution
- Operate production equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
- Meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Assist with stocking and moving supplies as needed
Requirements
- Previous food production or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Flexible to work different shifts or overtime if required
