Total Pilates has an exciting opportunity for a Pilates Matwork Teacher at various venues in the Bewdley, Kidderminster and Stourport areas.
Total Pilates is a well established Pilates Studio, specialising in Pilates for women over 55 who are looking for safe and supportive classes for a variety of health conditions.
We have built a strong reputation in the area over the past 12 years, driven by our award winning Movement and Mobility Classes. Our clients work with us to help them manage menopausal symptoms, help manage arthritis pain, recover after hip or knee replacements, and back problems, along with day-to-day aches and pains.
As the only Pilates Studio in the area specialising in Pilates for midlife women, we currently have an exciting and unique opportunity for a talented Pilates Teacher to join the studio, to help develop our current class timetable, and to lead new specialist classes and workshops.
We are looking for someone who understands, or willing to learn about the issues that women experience during this time of life, who shows empathy, a caring nature, and always puts the clients ability, concerns, and feelings towards exercise first. The teacher would also be responsible for delivering our successful Movement and Mobility Classes, making suitable adaptations for this age group, but adding their own individual style of teaching. Guidance will be given for these programmes.
Total Pilates can help you enhance your teaching through in-house training, and help you develop your knowledge of the important aspects of women’s health during this life stage.
Must be able to drive, and have a recognised Pilates qualification.
