Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the class teacher to provide targeted support for students in the classroom
- Support children with an EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan), working alongside the SEN team
- Lead both 1:1 and small group sessions, inside and outside the classroom, to boost students' academic progress
- Plan and resource engaging intervention sessions to meet the needs of individual students
- Work closely with other professionals to assess and support students’ development
- Offer essential pastoral support, ensuring students feel safe, secure, and valued at school
