We are looking for a reliable and caring individual to join our friendly team as a Weekend Breakfast, Laundry & Domestic Assistant at our residential care home.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in keeping things clean and organised, and understands the importance of a warm, comfortable environment for older people.
Hours
- Weekends only
- Morning shifts (exact hours to be discussed)
- Suitable for someone looking for part-time weekend work
The Role Includes:
- Preparing and serving breakfast for residents
- Clearing and cleaning the dining area after breakfast
- Laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and putting away
- General domestic cleaning of communal areas
- Following infection control and hygiene procedures
About You:
- Caring, dependable, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Previous experience in a care home domestic role is helpful but not essential
- A respectful and kind approach to residents at all times
