Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and coordinating maintenance and repairs. Duties
- Oversee the management of multiple properties, ensuring all aspects operate smoothly and efficiently
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, liaising with contractors and service providers
- Supervise on-site staff and contractors, providing leadership and guidance
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and addressing concerns promptly
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet safety standards and legal compliance
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimise occupancy rates and maximise revenue
- Utilise project management skills to oversee renovation projects or large-scale maintenance works
- Maintain detailed records of property activities, financial transactions, and tenant communications
Requirements
- Proven management experience within property or facilities management roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Mechanical knowledge and electrical experience are desirable for overseeing maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics is advantageous for technical oversight
- Good understanding of maintenance procedures and mechanical systems within properties
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for clear communication with tenants, contractors, and team members
- Supervising experience in a similar environment is preferred

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,000.00 per year
