Job Description
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Counterbalance Driver will have a diverse role and skill set, with opportunities to develop in areas relevant to the role.
The right candidate will understand that working with our product requires care and precision as they will be dealing with fragile and delicate goods and ideally have experience with varied load handing.
Main tasks of the role:
· Picking orders with accuracy and ensuring damage free
· Completing relevant paperwork in accordance with standard operating procedures
· Check for any damaged stock and reporting damage and discrepancies immediately
· Participate in monthly stocktake.
· Ensuring the safe off loading of undelivered orders, following the correct returns procedure including returning to stock and paperwork
· Working closely with warehouse team to ensure orders are picked and presented in a timely manner
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
· Follow and adhere to all Health and safety standards and regulations
· Ownership and maintenance of equipment

Essential Skills:
- Must hold a current counterbalance licence.
Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 hrs, Monday to Friday
Rate of pay: Starting rate £13.65 per hour
