Private Client Solicitor – Brighton or Eastbourne (3+ PQE)

I’m recruiting for a young, modern law firm (established 10 years, now opening its 6th office) that is looking to strengthen its Private Client offering across the South Coast. They are seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join either their Brighton or Eastbourne office, with a genuine pathway to Head of Department for the right person.
You’ll step straight into an existing, well‑established caseload, while also having the autonomy and backing to grow the department and build your own profile.
The Opportunity

- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Tax and succession planning

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ PQE in private client work (flexible for strong candidates with a proven track record)
- Strong technical grounding across wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and estate planning

- Ambition to progress into senior, leadership, or HOD‑level roles
