Our ethos is one of collaboration & the Barista position is key, serving all areas of the venue with beverages. We are looking for a Barista who is confident working high volume service, with a can-do attitude & commitment to the position. Our Barista receive personalised trainings by the Bar Manager & Head of Coffee, with many junior members of the team honing their skills & progressing to Cocktail Bartender positions.
Previous experience preferred. This position is hourly paid at £15.71 per hour dependent on skills & experience as a Barista.
As Dispense Bartender/Barista you will:
- Be able to work both as a team & individually
- Help complete section set up & clean down
- Maintain good communication between the floor & the kitchen
- Prepare hot & cold beverages
- Juice & smoothie preparation
- Develop a strong menu knowledge, teas, hot drinks, spirits, soft drinks & Wine
- Maintain the standards of service
- Build a rapport with regular guests
- Take on any training suggested by your manager
